RETURNS

Customer satisfaction is of utmost importance to us.
Every item sold on www.hitek-webstore.com comes with a 40 day money back guaranty.
If  you are not happy with the item you have purchased from us, please send us an email by clicking on the  “Contact” button on the main menu bar at the top of the home page, notifying us of the return 10 days within receiving the item.
After the notification email we must receive the item 40 days from shipping date for a refund on the purchase of the item, provided that the item returned is  in the same condition as when you received it.
When returning the product, please use the same carton box or envelope that we have sent you the item, include any documents sent by us in the package, and write on the box “CUSTOMER RETURN”.
Please note that shipping charges cannot be refunded on your return.

International customers please note that any taxes paid are not included in our invoice and hence are not refunded.

All international orders inbound from outside the EU,  MUST be returned by a service of your countries POSTAL SYSTEM.

All international orders inbound from outside the EU, must include in the return package all evidence such as DHL documents, bar codes or original packaging material to help us prove to Cyprus customs the item was originally sent by us.
Any returns via private courier service or insufficient evidence that incur  duty and or VAT will be deducted by the return amount.

If your shipment arrives damaged, please notify us  within 48 hours  via email so that we can file a damage claim report with the post office, and either replace, or give you a full refund on your purchase including the shipping.

Failure to contact us within the stated time period, will forfeit your right to file a damaged claims report.

Items that have had customization as per customers request are not eligible for return.
